CRIMINAL DEFENSE In the area of criminal law, we are riding a trend of recent successes in trials and negotiations in the area of criminal defense. We are awaiting trial in the case of one person charged with Murder in the First Degree, and, in November of 2003, received an extremely favorable verdict in another First Degree Murder case. We represent several dozens of other persons accused of crimes with possible punishments, respectively, ranging from a small fine to life imprisonment. Then again, we are a consumer-oriented firm and therefore recognize in our pricing that there are many tasks clients need in this area that are, in fact, as hard as it is to admit, routine.
